1. Daily brisk walk .. 30 minutes,, will reduce 30% risk of diabetics
2.10 minutes exercise daily .. will reduce 10% risk of diabetics
3.Stop eating white bread, white rice and potato., which will increase your waistline
4. Drink more than 6 cups of coffee.. which will reduce the risk of diabetics
5. Eat vegetables .. which will keep your diabetics at bay
6. You need at least 7 hours sound sleep .. which will prevent the diabetics.
