BLOOD PRESSURE

The serious conditions of High Blood Pressure may lead to coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure, and other health problems ."Blood pressure" is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. If this pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways.

About 1 in 3 adults in the United States has HBP. HBP itself usually has no symptoms. You can have it for years without knowing it. During this time, though, it can damage the heart, blood vessels, kidneys, and other parts of your body. This is why knowing your blood pressure numbers is important, even When you're feeling fine. If your blood pressure is normal, you can
work with your health care team to keep it that way.

If your blood pressure is too high, you need treatment to prevent damage to your body's organs.

Pre hypertension 120–139 Or 80–89
High blood pressure

Diabetic Type1

Diabetes is also known as silent killer. It is mostly affecting the people who are putting weight on the stomach. Circumference of stomach of Man is 95 centimeters and for woman 85 centimeters. It is mostly affected the person who are in obese. It is characterized by loss of the insulin-producing beta cells of the islets of Langerhans in the pancreas leading to a deficiency of insulin. It is also known as immune-mediated or idiopathic. The majority of type 1 diabetes is of the immune-mediated variety, where beta cell loss is a T-cell mediated autoimmune attack.

The principal treatment of type 1 diabetes, even in its earliest stages, is the delivery of artificial insulin via injection combined with careful monitoring of blood glucose levels using blood testing monitors. Without insulin, diabetic ketoacidosis often develops which may result in coma or death. it is about 10% of diabetes mellitus cases in North America and Europe (though this varies by geographical location), and is a higher percentage in some other areas.

Most affected people are otherwise healthy and of a healthy weight when onset occurs. Sensitivity and responsiveness to insulin are usually normal, especially in the early stages. Type 1 diabetes can affect children or adults but was traditionally termed "juvenile diabetes" because it represents a majority of the diabetes cases in children. So it is always essential for us to take adequate steps to prevent Diabetes mellitus.
