BEETROOT JUICE

Beetroot is a very tasty and delicious food.


If you continue eating this Beetroot your cholesterol, Blood pressure, Piles will come down .


You can make Beetroot in the form of vegetables or juice.  To day I would like to inform about juice beetroot 


INGREDIENTS


Beetroot .. 1 no.
Lemon juice ..1 t/spoon
Salt .. one pinch
Honey .. 2 t/spoon
Pepper powder ..1 pinch
Pudina leaf .. 1no.


Method


Peel off the skin of beetroot and cut in to small pieces


Grind the beetroot along with 1/2 cup water, honey & salt.


Filter the juice in a glass, add lemon juice and ice cubes and 
pepper powder.


Finally add the pudhina leaf and drink


This juice will control Blood pressure.

When he grown up he become a police Inspector and loved Richa and married her.


His brother jithan ramesh is not a good mannered person and behaved like a roudi which simbu does not like and he is warninghis brother.
